Oh, and to be clear: I think the hardback kinda REPLACES the slip-case, if that makes sense? No need for a slip-case at all if the cover itself gives the decent structural integrity with a nicer reading experience to boot! Don't get me wrong - the slipcase is nice, but a proper hardback is better!

Ngl I first backed the special edition BECAUSE I thought it'd be hardback for some reason 😅 But yeah, super important (for me, at least)! Paperbacks are great for lightweight throwing into bags and lending to folks; hardbacks are for when you want to give something pride of place on your shelves!

There were some out there, but they're all either broken by later patches or no-longer work at all, alas! With EU5 being released soon, I'm hoping that Stellaris 2 will be next and I can hop back in then, haha

Oh man, I used to love this game, but the text is too small at 4k resolution, and their UI-scaling feature just makes text blurry, so I haven't been able to play it since I got this new monitor! 😭

I mean, if the game removes its dodgy AI-generated portraits etc then I'm up for this; otherwise the irony of a game about a workers republic using gen-AI is just too much irony for me to handle!
