Hehe, nothing too terribly exciting… fish (particularly canned fish) has been pulling a lot of the weight! Making a lot of sandwiches, using some homemade hummus to spice things up, making sure to get in my veggies (frozen broc and peas have been wonderful). Nothing crazy… but solid, tasty food.

… turns out, with minimal effort and learning, it’s not at all difficult to get your skin and hair looking a ton better, and ultimately being happier with how ya look.
Asking questions and learning about these things would probably have been a lot easier when not in my 30s too.

Life has just sort of piled up on me recently, and I’m struggling to get back to a good place. I miss everyone a bunch, but I have to get my life sorted out at the moment.

Touching on this, like you said, Absinthe usually has a small bit of wormwood in it… Mälort or Bäsk is literal wormwood liqueur, and doesn’t cause any sort of hallucinations, nor have any of this nonsense reputation. It has a reputation of not tasting particularly good… but no hallucinations.
