I got a new Cypriot cookbook, so I decided to try a few new dishes. I made a potato, onion & halloumi bread. I also made a watermelon & halloumi salad. I made a Spanish version of Gazpacho from the latest Cook’s Illustrated magazine, and strawberry & haskap berries in balsamic vinegar for dessert.
