Welcome aboard HF! We’re so glad you’re enjoying the show. We’re not the only or even the first show to do this, though we are the longest-running. Ben has a side project cataloguing others, in case you can’t get enough Pratchett discussion!

Ben has several, all signed during author tours to Australia, mostly in the 90s and early 2000s. A couple are first editions. In fan circles “Pratchetting” was once used as a verb, meaning to sign copious numbers of books. Hence also the acronym RUC for “rare unsigned copy”!

We did find it odd that Tansy didn’t mention witches in this context, who are far more likely to be both improving the infant mortality rate and preventing (or dealing with) unwanted pregnancies. “Pregnancy” is one of the “problems” in The Witches board game, after all!

This is so good! Thank you for sharing it. Such great detail for a relatively small piece too!
