We don't need receipts. We know he's lying just based on the fact that his mouth is open. Sigh! When China is more trustworthy than your own president.

Clearly, fear of life creates more adrenaline than performance anxiety.

We can't fix this nightmare with charity unfortunately. We need to bring people back into power that will bring back those services and re appropriate those funds.

Heartbreaking thought. Let's hope it is the equally believable, but simpler explanation. Their gigantic egos.

There IS a national emergency. It's called Trump.

This is a better success metric than most others imo. A successful country is one where her citizens are spending more of their time in a state of well being. Such metrics should be focused on and celebrated, not sidelined. Goes without saying, that's beyond the grasp of this administration.

I understand that this was the only situation where Dems had any leverage. But, my underlying question is - if the government shuts down, isn't that what the Trump administration wants? What prevents them from just keeping it shut? It would make things so much easier for DOGE. No?

Ah, didn't know about this. It's 'bye bye goya' from us now.

I can believe this is fake. Not because Republicans aren't the dumbest voting group at the moment.. But because, Trump is too dumb himself to have made that observation.

Tldr; WaPo: We just officially sold ourselves to the fascist regime. We don't have the integrity or courage to report facts in politics anymore. So, we'll switch our focus to a category like business, so we don't have to choose between truth and loyalty to the overlord.

However I'm realizing that their actions are all Trump actions. They are all just doing what he commands. So In some cases, I might in the future merge these sections into the mainline so that it can be grouped by stories (like Ukraine) rather than be split under Rubio,Trump and Hegseth.

I have a section for the cabinet members and other key hires under their respective sections. Like hegseth is under foreign affairs. And for people who don't for nearly, I have it at the bottom.

Hopefully this means we can expect Mitch McConnell to take a stand and vote with Democrats on some things now.

I never thought there would come a day when I'd side with Bannon on anything.

Trump is worse than a murderer. Because of his aggregious mismanagement of COVID, Nearly 1M died. And he is continuing to endanger people's lives by messing with health and medicine.
