The Navy is very, very sensitive about this - their own inside joke is that every ship (they usually say “submarine”) goes out with 600 sailors and comes back with 300 couples. And there aren’t 300 men and 300 women that go out - it’s mostly men. Now it’s a sensitive naval tradition for Kegbreath.

To me, they’re quite equivalent. That you don’t think so tells me that we don’t look at information the same way. What exactly do you think GPS is not allowing you to skip out on that you didn’t just describe?

No, I think I understood your comparison. My point was that there are many, many things that AI will not properly do for you even though it will spit out an answer for you. So you still have to go back and actually know how to fix, expand, or fact check what AI generates, which causes you to learn.
