Firstly, troll from a bot farm energy. Secondly, individual rights don’t disappear just because a vocal minority finds them uncomfortable. That’s the whole point of constitutional protections—for everyone, not just the ‘decent and normal’ as self-defined by the "rules for thee but not for me" club.

Nice slogan. Too bad the Constitution literally begins with "We the People." A constitutional republic without democracy is just authoritarianism with "elections."

WHY are there SO many pathetic losers that need to look like powerful suburban freedumb commandos with their guns. YOU HAVE GUNS, WE GET IT DIPSHIT. I HAVE ONE TOO. She probably yelped and ran after firing the round.

"Blasts?" What the fuck with the baity titles. Not doing journalism favors here, and I'm fairly moderate, not a conspiracy nut.

So one of the things I've started with here is setting up some news feeds that span the spectrum I'm after.. As far as the news goes that's been good. I'm new though, so for other interests maybe I'll find it lacking too. Still would rather be here than some of the other cess pools, though.

Alexa (and phones) are essentially a self-wiretap you pay for. AI is already in use on social media to ID political enemies. With this, they won't even have to find you, the robot can (slowly or rapidly) kill you with a firmware update and some clever staging. Fuck that, I'll mow my own lawn.

So guys- just curious here, what's been your experience regarding engagement of current events at work, in public, at home- are people engaging what's going on or is everyone clamming up? On my end, it seems mostly like a lot of people glued to screens. Not sure if they're just processing, or what?

Great words. Now we just need to watch the actions to see if they match.

I can agree with you there. That said, folks that have citizenship are entitled to due process, and we're seeing an antagonistic attitude towards that which is not acceptable.

Due process matters! It does not prevent legal #deportations! It just allows the court to confirm that the government is deporting who it claims (gang/criminals). All Americans should want this—it doesn’t just protect them; it protects all of US!

So you're ok with people being jailed or deported just because someone *says* they're bad people, not because evidence was presented to a jury in court? And if you are, it's probably not a far leap to say why not kill them, based on heresay. It's cheaper and more of a "final solution", right?
