I just read all of this in one sitting (minus sleep) and its SO GOOD! <3 Not just for what it is (which is excellent!) but uh, its Helped with things. I'm 15 months into hrt & struggle with it a bunch still. The moments in here helped remind me why I'm doing it. Thank you :)

Its alright! Nothing is *truly* safe for solo play, which is v important to bear in mind! If I've done any breathing stuff solo its been purely for a quick and LIGHT taster to check if I still like it + making neat media. If you're gonna do "proper" breathplay, do it with someone & have a plan!

Tl;Dr: a mask in standard config (not rigged for rebreathing) with a hose connected up from intake to bottle. When inhaling, air is pulled through the liquid in the bottle by means of a straw piped in at the side. Depth of straw = volume of water to pull air through :)
