It sounds like they would be brilliant fit for UR, entry level UR roles are rare I've just looked on civil service jobs, it might be worth them signing up for the alerts using keywords of roles they are interested in getting in is the hardest part, that first role

Totally! To get accessibility support at some venues and events they ask for things like Blue Badges, PIP letters. Do they not realise how difficult it is to get these things!? Many disabled people don't have these because they are so hard to get and you are starting off with limited energy

If it's already in a doc it makes writing it up so much easier! It can be really challenging to navigate those boards with assistive tech or using keyboard only controls Especially if the board has not been structured thoughtfully
