Just helped an older woman open a bottle of water at the mall and it was weirdly gender euphoric.

In the Eyes of the Hungry is available now (link below). -Meet the authors- Jennifer McArdle, Of Bats and Apes “looked up monsters from 1930s films and learned about the Ape Lady…and wrote a dust bowl tale of two misfit friends trying to survive.” castaignepublishing.bigcartel.com/product/in-t...

these clowns sent my books COD for $7000 they said "pay it, we'll pay you back" I asked them to confirm that they had $7k available. they admitted they did not anyways, we ruined a UPS driver's day, since I refused the books and the rest of his deliveries were stuck behind them

Instead of accepting then cancelling pro-AI in libraries panels, library conferences could try *not* accepting them in the first place and instead scheduling AI resistance panels. Help us do our jobs better, not set us up for failure.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when you're earnestly engaging with a piece of media and allowing yourself to feel and you get one of two responses "You know it's not real right? Or "If this made you cry/scream I'm worried about you in the real world"

Demand an affidavit ballot and submit it. Your vote will count.

"Do you want your Congressperson to compromise with people who are telling babies they're going to hell? Or do you want your Congressperson to flip those people off?"

This man is the lead of the next Marvel movie, appearing in the next Avengers flick, one of the leads of a major HBO series, and is The Mandalorian and when every Hollywood PR hack would go "HEY PEDRO BABY SHHH ABOUT THE TRANS STUFF" he won't shut up and I will love him for it forever

Terrible Comic Day, you say? Good an opportunity as any to tell a joke that's been stuck in my head all day for some reason.
