So I occasionally buy imported Belgian beer from a NZ Importer. They import beer from all over the world, and I am glad we have their service. However this offer did seem to be taking the literal piss :-)

Today in hardware lessons learned - although Zigbee is a "standard" the different hardware manufacturers do not actually co-operate with each other, so Tuya devices do not work with Xiaomi and vice-versa. That's about $60 of money down the drain - guess I could try and resell on Trademe.

I was going to buy a new LG OLED TV today, but there are so many people complaining that they cannot get their Xbox to connect (&I can't connect to my wife's one). I thought I'd ask Noel Leeming if they had any sort of money back guarantee - answer is no. Bugger. Been waiting 5 years! #Xbox #LGOLED

#Rstats people - is there anyway to get R Studios file open and project open dialog boxes to open in a specific directory? All my code is in ~Dropbox/Code/git and so I'd prefer that is where it looked first every time.
