Sotomayor, dissenting, says the majority "does irrevocable damage" to the equal protection clause and "invites legislatures to engage in discrimination by hiding blatant sex classifications in plain sight." She fears the damage in Skrmetti will go well beyond gender-affirming care, and she's right.

Great movie! I saw the play in London back in 2010 and that was also pretty fantastic, especially the scenes with the corpse in the chest during dinner.

Yes! It was a thing I went to…not an academic thing though. He wasn’t on the panel, though Uzo Aduba referred to reading bird books to prepare for the role. Kauffmann’s might have been one of them.
