Two weeks and two days since I got a total knee replacement! I was discharged from home PT and start outpatient next week. I forgot they told me that the bruising would get bad again after a couple weeks and they were right, I am Technicolor. Stronger slowly but surely.

2 weeks ago my right leg received a brand new knee. The pain has been *life altering*, but I’m on the other side now. I can stand on my own and walk short distances! I’m finally getting better, although sleep is still elusive, it’s really hard to get comfortable. Ashford and Simpson is also helpful!
