The Supreme Court routinely sumrevs *denials* of qualified immunity, but almost never reverses grants. Lower courts got the message: Always grant QI.
Reversing a *grant* of QI—and summarily, at that—is a huge course correction.

3. No new context just because BOP has a grievance system.
The federal government deploys all these gambits regularly, and it's great to get a ruling that they're bullshit.

The Court expressly rejects some of the federal government's arguments, and I wish they'd published it, because these are important.
1. No new context because of "differences in the severity of a prisoner’s medical need."
2. No new context because of delay in treatment vs mistreatment.
