You are correct. If I was on the jury, I 100% would have voted not guilty based on absolute lack of evidence. I can't imagine how that jury feels right now knowing all of the information that they couldn't hear.

It's also common practice for the judge to go through all the counts. And not all attorneys poll the jury. It is standard practice, but it is not done in every case. To think they would have any inkling that 2 of the counts were 12-0 NG is not practical.

None of the witness descriptions sounded like RA, the time it would have taken him to do everything without leaving some kind of DNA evidence, the bullet evidence was garbage. But he admitted it and several people in the courtroom said he didn't sound psychotic at all. I wish it was clearer.
