also I'm hooked on the Lina x Gourry ship 🥰 I'm very much looking forward to seeing where that goes, although I don't expect any solid established relationship by the end as it doesn't strike me as that kinda show. having said that Slayers Next gave me a lot more than I expected so I could be wrong!

Mobile Fighter G Gundam
Incredibly fun series. I absolutely love its no-fucks-given absurdity and upbeat zeal, while still also making room for some thought-provoking commentary. There's some things about it I am critical of, but overall a very enjoyable and hype time.

This line in particular sums up Domon really well. Domon gets really hot-headed and frankly stupid sometimes. His emotions get the better of him, which I can't entirely blame him for with all the possible trauma he's suffered. But he genuinely means well and cares a lot for those closest to him.

there are certain animes which art styles I like so I use them as references and practice over and over until my art looks similar so for me very intentional but I'm probably in the minority!
