Since they want follow this 1967 statute I say we have half the toilets in a school for male students and the other half be gender neutral. There is no requirement that women be given their own toilets by the letter of the statute.

I get where you’re coming from. As a parent we deal with fighting children all day so seeing adults fighting online can feel a bit much.
