Iāve never found the Advanced Search user friendly and typically avoid it unless looking up by institution, state, or PI (then try to combine all to narrow). Most programs link to recent awards which is much easier if thatās what you are looking for.

My career coach gave me ātime to strategize during work hoursā permission which entails getting away from my computer, emails, etc. and let my brain process. This relieves my āunproductiveā anxiety and lets me embrace creative thinking.

Great essay! Itās one of my favorite King novels, and I have been reading them since a kid (40 odd years!). World building is something science fiction authors often talk about; I love that King has built a world that so many of his novels fit into, even though they arenāt explicitly connected.
