Meanwhile players are allowed to refuse rainbow armbands ect based on their religious beliefs.

Think they’ve realised it’s never taking off.

The clubs owner got rich shorting the pound. The list goes on.
Tel might be great and he might not, I would just be concerned by how many punts are being taken. Definitely need to balance this with some proven ability.

Yeah this is the problem, we’re having to say stuff that you would get from Solomon.

Was trying to think of anything of note that he did during that loan spell but haven’t hit anything yet.

They’re trying to get his coaches but Brentford want to keep one as manager.

Son wasn’t fit and the plan was to defend wide areas, totally got it for that game.

Well it’s a huge factor when you’re considering if it’s worth cashing in. Cashing in means you lose commercial value as well as paying out to replace him. I’d be moving Richy and sending Tel back before moving Son on.

There is that. His commercial value to Spurs must be huge though.

I do think under a manager who doesn’t rely on outside, one on one wingers he could have a much better season.

I’m not convinced they were on board at that point.

Couldn’t agree more, the squad is a bloated mess regardless of who is in charge, it suits nobody.

Funniest choice was Danso sticking that god awful Brad Pitt Troy film at number 1 like it’s Godfather 2.

Levy took a gamble leaving Ange in play with all of his eggs in one basket and it paid off. Looking at it with hindsight, he was never going to game on the same man twice.

I would keep him, simply because I don’t trust the club to find someone better.

Yeah but they’ve only been in that huge ground since 2017? Their revenues are huge now.

Spurs will sell imo, he misses an awful lot of games and will want to live in Madrid with fellow Argentinian players. Atletico played 90 mill for Alvarez so we know they’re not short of a few quid.

Spurs will want back what they paid. He’s won the World Cup snd uefa cup since he joined and is far more of a name.

Lots happened when he was always injured yeah.

And the league cup final he started against City. It’s crazy when you think back on those two games. Basically had 10 men.

He got the final spot on. And you called that selection tbf.

The Kaka pass for the third goal is one of the all time great passes and yet it’s largely forgotten.

Really impressive player from what I saw in the Europa games.
