Studying EQ and varied thinking styles, while in weekly therapy gave me the ability to learn and trust myself again.
I got intentional about reflections and started using them with a chat bot. That felt like a new world opened to me.
I still work with deep reflections daily. And you can, too.

I think it's a critical discussion. We need to support our young men better. Remind them that stoicism and pretending they are tough isn't healthy. Keep them away from redpill losers.
