Stats have so many variables other than the creator’s skill at making content though. The dead internet is entirely driven by algorithms that are designed to promote low-effort, inflammatory content and suppress new creators. It’s highly discouraging but it doesn’t mean you’re bad at your craft!

One of the reasons I don’t spray my lawn is so that I can safely eat the dandelions I have to pull from my front yard (the ones in the back lawn don’t get pulled). One of these years I want to try making dandelion honey and not just using the bottom of the plant; it sounds tasty.

Assuming fishing for trout in CO/UT/ID, & fishing from the bank (not trolling) here’s my go-tos for artificial. Great on rivers and/or lakes.
Spinners:
- Panther Martin black w/ yellow spots, gold shield
- Jake’s silver w/ red spots
Flies:
- Hare’s Ear Nymph
- Parachute Adams
- Olive Wooly Bugger

Hey that’s awesome work! I’ve also dropped a bunch since Thanksgiving and have had to buy new clothes, it’s a pain but kind of validating in an odd way - so, silver lining? I don’t have an occasion to wear dress shirts so I can’t recommend any unfortunately.
