I'm not confident I can definitively say "these are the best games of the past 25 years", much less my personal favorites. It's just my fondest wish that people will still be talking about these games 25 years *from now*. And...I feel like that's likely for at least one or two of 'em!

I was already hyped for DK Bananza. But now said hype is through the ceiling and sky high. There’s NO WAY this wasn’t made by the same people who did Mario Odyssey. But y’all? It’s Mario’s 40th Anniversary this year. A 3D Mario is 500% coming soon. If Bananza is THIS—w t ffff is 3D Mario gonna be?!

This isn’t just my favorite moment in Mario Odyssey—it’s gotta be one of my favorite Mario moments *ever*, in all 40 years he’s been around. Makes the room dusty every single time. I can’t wait to see what 3D Mario does after a (mostly) 8+ year absence.

I have decided to replay Super Mario Odyssey. It may shock some of you to hear this, bUT THIS GAME F***ING SLAPS, FRIENDS. IT’S INCREDIBLE. IT’S SO GOOD I WANNA SCREAM!!! 😂😎👏😍😜🔥🔥 I don’t know that any type of video game will make me happier & more at home than exploratory 3D Mario. Since 1996.
