They are if you want to split hairs about expiration dates and renewals, but if a republican is in the white house until 2035 were gonna have much bigger problems. Anyone who didn't renew and expires in the next four years is shit out of luck though

I am making an assumption that this is also true for scotus and not just lower federal courts, but they can call in the US marshals to enforce contempt etc and ig the marshals are unwilling, the courts can appoint someone directly to serve in the role

Yes, discord has done this exact same thing for years but it's not really useful because you're either in a giant list of users or in a server you control for your community who is already invested. Being able to do this on a site that doesn't nuke your links could be a game changer
