I’ve now got two varieties of amaranth growing in my flowerbed now. The green one is called Palmer’s amaranth, but the red one has the cool name of Love Lies Bleeding (sounds like a goth band.) Both are edible and highly nutritious. I’m going to have to see about how to prep and eat them! #GardenSky
