I always write dumb little songs about my animals, but if I try to come up with something more serious, such as socio-political commentary, then it’s much more challenging.

I’ve wrestled with this about music for a long time. It’s easy to say you can just create any silly thing you feel like, but it’s harder to actually put that into practice.
