Not this week, but every now and then it'll do that for me. The previously viral ones will often have comments from other surprised users who were recommended the same. The low-view channels on the other hand seem to be subjects recommended based on my actual viewing habits.

Maybe what held it back was the great tooling that emerged around modding commercial games. You could buy 3D GCS and struggle to make a great Doom competitor, or you could mod Doom and get a ton of polish for free.

Some of the later games like Continuum, which went in an adventure direction, and Pencil Whipped, which I mostly remember for its hand-scribbled look, make me think that in the right hands some pretty cool things could be done.

Oh yeah, most likely is. I was thinking of it more for what was perhaps the first use of "Herdware" :)

Anyone signing up for this needs a debit/credit card, however even among the homeless and broke it's common to have a Visa gift card with a small leftover balance on it that would work for registration.

Man, I really want to see those drawings.
I have thought about the number 12 before, in part thanks to Sesame Street ending their number count there, and also elementary school multiplication tables stopping there too. But I have to admit, I've never turned it inside out that I know of 🤷♂️

A: That's cool. I like to think all kinds of ways. Like, have you ever thought about the number 12? It's pretty interesting, even if you turn it inside out.
B: I think about it a lot actually.
A: I love that. Not many people do.
B: So few people have space in their heads for... thoughts, you know?

I find it perplexing when people say ABSOLUTELY NO DMS but don't disable their DMs. Maybe it's a honeypot kind of deal, where they're left open to identify bots and/or boundary crossers, sometimes inadvertently catching curious folks like yourself.

I love all-in-one designs like that. Was there ever any sort of expansion to make it more of a personal computer, like a BASIC cart with extra RAM?
