To quote Revelation: "Because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of My mouth."

The new (now a couple years old) Lost in Space series is amazing. Some creepy stuff, lot of action/peril but everyone is always okay.

I know a literal nuclear scientist who is probably one of the smartest people on the planet and some of the things I have seen him do/say--

I do the reverse - I assume the song or show has birdsong and then I realize... once again, it's the neighborhood mockingbird. You'd think I'd know by now.

Storygraph is the one most people have gone to, I think.

My brain initially saw this photo as an optical illusion where your dog was actually a dog-shaped hole in the ground, like those Disneyland Haunted Mansion busts where they look like they are coming out at you but it turns out they're concave instead??

Had to come back to this because I have some guys working in the yard today and guess what they're using?

Absolutely not. It just means you have more life experience to draw from!

This is a hilarious misunderstanding (on Google's part) about why women ask each other these things. It's not because they don't know what matches, lol.

Well, in some cases I don't think that's so bad. This movie coulda been half as long, haha.

Uh WOW that's bad! I am assuming this was before scoring was complete - I think this is a good example of how much Williams' music elevates the film!

I think I'm just tired of hopping platforms every time some billionaire or tech CEO decides he wants to be a fascist. And with Goodreads it's kinda like, well, who am I doing this for, anyway? Mainly myself. So why not just put it in a journal?

It should be mandatory to provide interior pics! Let us see the bodies! Or the weird mannequins! Or the creepy dolls!

There's this house in our neighborhood that goes up for sale every couple of years - it looks gorgeous on the outside but it is just a bizarre mess of steps and weird little "what do I do with this" nooks and crannies inside. They stage it well but I think people get fed up trying to live in it!

I suppose that's true. What I find really interesting right now is that we have a whole generation of kids who have known nothing but "the algorithm" that attempts to serve them what they want, and they become frustrated when they have to intentionally seek things out themselves!
