I'd say if you want to do it right: Go for a pad with all 9 tiles. Then you can play all variations, ddr, pump it up (4 corners + middle), ddr solo (4 directions + the upper 2 corners.) and Technomotion. (All 9 tiles.) :3
DDR and Pump are the 2 main games you can find anywhere. :3
