I think that current AI systems are built for people who love "getting things written". IMHO people use LLMs mostly for stuff they would have had to write anyway, not for additional writing. No?

Hmm, how would this work in practice? Wouldn't this require the organization to report any suspicion to police - e.g., someone being to friendly to children? What if you let someone go who has not been convicted of any crime? Wouldn't they be able to sue the organization? 1/2

Das ist nicht ganz korrekt. Der Veranstalter (SPD-Mitglied) hat von der Polizei ein anonymes Drohschreiben vorgelegt bekommen und sich daraufhin anscheinend eigenständig für eine kürzere Route entschieden, die leichter zu sichern ist.

Bei geschätzt ca. 10.000 berechtigten Schüler:innen im LK und niedrig geschätzten Kosten von 30 € pro Person, würde ein Ferien-Deutschlandticket, das dann nur ein Bruchteil aktiv nutzen würde, 300.000 € kosten. Dieses Geld wäre mMn sinnvoller in Ferienprogramme oder andere Maßnahmen investiert. →

Da muss ich zustimmen. KI-generierte Bilder schrecken mich eher ab, weil sie (a) eben keinen originären Informationsgehalt haben, sondern nur das offensichtliche nochmal zeigen, und (b) für mich stark mit Fake News, AI Slop und den Herausforderungen von LLMs für Forschung und Lehre verbunden sind.

Ja! Für mich als Wissenschaftler sind aber gerade diese Berichte über das System Wissenschaft so wichtig. Wen gibt es denn da alles in DE? @jmwiarda.bsky.social und @ahimmelrath.bsky.social fallen mir da primär ein. Oder Jochen Zenthöfer, wenn es um gute wissenschaftliche Praxis geht.
