There are probably worse places, but Texarkana is likely the most demented in its design.

Hey, you know that neighborhood next to downtown that really starting thriving ~20 years ago and now has a light rail line running through it? Let's tear down more than 40 blocks of housing/businesses there to widen the freeway!

Man I would love to see that data. The Red line is awesome if you live near and need to go to the handful of useful places it goes to. Some of the east side stations are absolutely bleak as far as either housing or jobs. But if you need to take the train to a major trucking hub, you're covered

Heaven's Gate. A 3.5 hour movie in which every single scene is a complex action shot moving through a crowd like the opening of Gangs of New York. I know there have been "re-evaluations" of this movie because of the cinematography, but dear God, it is tedious.

Mark Price. Was a 6th man in his rookie year. After that he had 6 healthy seasons, with 1 first team ALLNBA and 3 3rd teams. Also, imagine Brandon Roy with knees.

Also, townhomes are more expensive to build in Houston than elsewhere because duplexes are legal but triplexes and longer are illegal. So, for example to build 8 units, instead of one structure with 8 townhomes you have to build 4 duplexes which adds to building costs

I tell him get Apple store to give you picture of perp. He says, 'ok, I have a picture, how does that help?'. I say take it to gym, they will ID the thief. He asks whether the credit cards made me pay the charges, I say no, he said then I'm not the victim, they are, I have no business talking to him

I talked with Apple store, they have cameras can ID person if we know transactions and times-which we do! But can't share with me, but will with cops. Gym management want to ID person too, either member or employee is a thief! I call det. X, he says 'what I am supposed to do about it'.

Someone broke into my locker at the gym and removed my ATM card and my credit cards from my wallet and beelined to an Apple store where they blew $15000. I got out of the shower and my phone was blowing up with fraud alerts. Cops took a statement and referred it to detective X, giving me his info

Actually, since 2004. The McCain folks didn't really want him there in 2008, so he made a brief video appearance while he was 'overseeing' a hurricane relief effort

If you click on the link in the article you posted for the 17.5% claim, it shows a 17.5% increase in wages after adjusting for inflation.
