Just South of you in Arkansas and yes, it is EVERY red state. Children go hungry, the elderly go hungry, and people die because they cannot afford healthcare. Our education systems are the worst in the country, our kids are not given a chance unless parents educate them also.

When people get exposed to pro-LGBTQ messaging that features real LGBTQ people sharing their authentic selves, it drives massive positive sentiment. Because we are normal people and many of us are cool and rad as well

the insincerity is just galling
a bunch of people who don’t believe trans women are women and don’t believe trans men are men but felt like they couldn’t say that in polite society worked tirelessly to make it so they could, and then told trans people to stop hitting themselves

Public Opinion doesn't change that harshly and quickly on its own.
Every ounce of trans hatred that has been normalized and weaponized is because of rich, powerful assholes who view us as useful targets to stoke fear and paranoia in their base than actual human beings wanting to live our lives
