If you have any trouble sleeping, ask for a prescription for Mirtazipine.
It increases appetite, and stops me from feeling nauseous and disgusted with food when I'm bulking.

From the article, it's basically an expanded version of the game, ala P4G, P5R, etc.
Hopefully will have a DLC option when it comes here, because I don't think the complete rebuy option will fly here.

I mean, I get it, but also I think it made a lot of sense:
1) They had a hit TV show coming out, so they had to give people something to buy
2) It was a pretty small team

I hate this shit with YouTube, in particular.
It'll suggest a video that seems interesting, I watch it, get my fill of that thing, and now I get to spend the rest of time telling it I'm not interested in all these channels that are dedicated to that thing.

My trainer has long wanted me to do a hams/quads split, but leg day is still my least favorite and I can't bring myself to do it.
But he says that legs are so tiring, for best results you should split them so you can really push your hams/quads individually.

I had terrible sleep apnea, and couldn't adapt to a CPAP, so had an Inspire installed, and highly recommend it if that's an option for you.

OK, I looked this up, and yeah... looks like it was some campaign staffers that said that, and it got a lot of pickup. But Biden's denial of it the next day didn't.
So campaign misinformation to make the public feel better about his age - just great.

I agree, but would go further: Biden should've honored his intention to be a single term president so that a real primary could've happened.
His age was a concern the first time, and he understood then that he only had a single term in him.
But the midterms and his ego convinced him otherwise.
