Being President of the United States is one of the world's hardest jobs—and unlike the current occupant of the White House the last one worked his ass off at and did it well, so I have no doubt that despite being in good physical shape a man of his age would occasionally get exhausted and visibly so

I am so sick of Trump’s lying pretty girls. Shame on them all.

There is still the UN? Re-educating myself on how to stop us from violating human rights. I am contributing regularly to the ACLU, but they and the courts can only act so fast.

Trump administration has. Haven’t yet lost hope in America. We need to find our way back, but so much harm will be done in our name.

How is this not a violation of international law? What is the enforcement mechanism? The US should be helping to shut down facilities like this, not sending people to them.

I love how this panel has no problem calling out this Trump Regime for its attacks on the rule of law:

Just want to clarify what the Senator is saying—every person in the US, with or without legal protected status, is entitled to due process. That includes undocumented immigrants.

I garden too—we need beauty in this world. But we do not ignore what is happening in CECOT/Auschwitz.

Decided to watch The Zone of Interest last night. Seemed like it might be relevant, and it was, chillingly so. Too many Americans only want to tend to their gardens right now.

Same. Are you aware of any alumni letter campaign to express opposition like Skadden alumni did? I posted in our LinkedIn alumni group this morning but it was taken down.

I call on the Congressman to stand up for American values of freedom, dignity, and due process and call out the Trump administration's cruelty, or you will be complicit in the suffering of innocent human beings.

We’re paying El Salvador to imprison the men we turn over to them indefinitely. How can we not demand their return at any time? These men are not chattel!

This is disgusting!

Thank you. This is all so horrific, unAmerican, and inhumane. I hope we can get every one of them out of CECOT and give them due process as they deserve in the USA.

I can’t stand the thought of even one innocent person being there, and there are likely many. This is unAmerican and inhumane. But aside from contributing to the ACLU which is fighting the case before Judge Boasberg, I don’t know what to do to stop this.
