Sounds familiar!

I’m sure there’s a lot of truth to this. I would ride outside a lot more if there were safe places to do it. Not to mention running errands and such on bike vs car if there were safe ways to bike from A to B.

I am traveling starting next week. I’m sure it’ll be fine when I get back.

I get the importance of cadence, but I hate how Zwift seems to be constantly yelling at me about it!

We’re going to make a movie that takes place in Paris. We’ll just film it in Paris, Texas! 🤦

Hopefully you haven’t been injured on any of these. I’m not saying I’ve never crashed on my Zwift, but I did have the rear wheel pop off once.

See?! And I tell my wife all the time that riding outside is just as safe as riding indoors!

Ah. I know the rest of the field is important, but for me they are just a footnote. 😁

Actually this is a pretty good ride not to overthink. It’s a little hard, but not too hard. I think the key is keeping whatever cadence you’re comfortable with rather than the game’s expectations.

Right! And my legs were tired when I started!

Absolutely. My cadence is what my cadence is.

The best way to get used to them is to go out on a ride and periodically stop and focus on clipping out. Just do it over and over.

It was back in the day when the NCAA didn’t have its boot on mid-majors (not that “mid-major” was even a thing.

Watch the game driving back from Buffalo. Stopped at BW3 in Martinsburg to watch. Had to get wife to drive home, I was unable to drive!
