This makes perfect sense. After all, ‘Twas the night before the first Christmas, a Trump ancestor told Joseph and Mary they were losers, that there was no room at the inn, and stuck them in the manger.

Why do I have this gnawing feeling that if I saw his browser history I’d have to wash out my eyes with bleach?

So, what you’re saying is “Jake Tapper’s a hack.” I guess he’ll start a PR firm when all is said and done (so sayeth a former CNN intern who worked in PR once upon a time).

Wonder who they voted for?

Mike, last year, I burned the N**I swastika armband my dad brought home from France. He never told me how it fell into his hands. Guessing he traded with a GI who took it from a N**I who no longer needed it. Only folks who told me to keep it were T**p supporters. No surprises there.

I’ve often said that going to a 7-Eleven in Tokyo at three in the morning is generally a nice experience. Good food, tasty beverages and generally a nice experience. If you go to a 7-Eleven in San Jose, California at 3 AM there’s a decent chance of getting stabbed.

On my wife’s recent flight to Hong Kong, Homeland Security was escorting a woman back to Hong Kong. Have no idea why... but my wife is a permanent resident with a green card. Am I nervous? Hell yeah.

Check out @greenapplebooks.bsky.social in San Francisco. Union workers, great online presence. Robin Williams called them “book pimps.”

They’d last about 2 seconds in some of the neighborhoods I lived/worked in, in SF. Hell, they wouldn’t last two seconds at some of the schools I worked in. Those kids were STRAPPED. I’m glad they liked me.

Important labor lesson my Machinists’ Union dad taught me…the generation that’s on strike isn’t on strike for their generation. We strike for the NEXT generation.

Think how the fecal bacteria and infectious pathogens feel about that lunatic bringing his filth to their peaceful existence.

No peas? I hate peas. Except for Chinese snap peas. The pods contain the evil within. I will die on this hill.

That’s some serious douche-bag energy (and I live in Silicon Valley).

One of my Boston cousins had his 1st marriage celebrated by a priest who was murdered in prison. He ended up doing lawyering for the “Spotlight” victins. Another cousin had Fr Porter as her youth pastor. She wasn’t targeted, luckily.

I grew up in the Archdiocese of Boston in the 70’s (nothing frisky happened to me), but am as lapsed as one can be. Still, if he’s comfortable helping the underdog, I’m cool with that.

I was just at his grave last week. My namesake is buried about 100 yards away.

Sorry, meant to say “pickers.” Although, if ICE gets around to it, who knows how many ag workers there’ll be at harvest? Them grapes don’t turn into wine by themselves.

When David Gregory danced with Karl Rove…that did it for me. Then again, I’m a simple Japanese sake-selling man, not well-versed in the ways of all that media stuff.
