I do shite like that all the time (snicker). What I love is when you write someone one way and then in the next chapter, you swap them with someone else and it sounds better than the first situation ... and NOW you have to untangle them and figure out which way you're going to leave that person😆🤣!!

Yes, my present series is abt a system where women run much of it. Most of the men know when they "have a good thing" & the lovely thing abt it is that it's OUR peeps & they're all beautiful & strong & smart (not thugs or drug dealers). And LGBTQIA peeps are everywhere. I want to move there (pout).

Yes I once was "forced" to wrk on a cpl of SaaS projs. My brain doesn't bend that far/well. But I got thru them. I get the concept tho. And that was what told me that I didn't have to be scared of it. I feel for those that need it for their writing though. I could FEED words to an AI chatbot (grin).

Exactly, and this is why I don't get the "panic". Our main "danger" from them right now seem to just be that the untried and incomplete tech is being wielded in the wrong hands ... aiming at the public and our private info. (shrug) On its own, it's merely another potentially powerful tool.

I feel you. The ppl who don't see AI gen as merely another "stock photo/idea" tool at this point aren't really working. I never use it in my writing(no need), but I've seen it now in most "searches". I DO use it to gen pics that I manipulate and "tweak" as I do regular stock pics. It's another tool.
