Broligarchs, Democrats, and Republicans don't want people to know how good socialism actually is because they're going to lose their power and influence and they deserve to lose it for letting inequality rise to these levels and thinking we wouldn't get angry.

He's also coloring his facial hair in a futile attempt to hold onto his fading youth because of decades of marketing selling the damaging belief that older people have no value in society. π

Too many of my fellow Americans are easily manipulated.
At least one American will somehow get π, the Govt will blame Iran, and that will justify full involvement in the minds of those so easily manipulated.

Impeach by whom? They tried that already, and... nothing. Congress are just letting him do what he wants now. Anyone not calling for him to be impeached and removed from office should also be impeached and removed for dereliction of duty, but who can do it, and is willing to do it?
The US is F'd. π€¬

Education in the States is not great. They probably don't even know it's illegal.
Most Americans wouldn't question, either. We're brought up with religion reinforcing authoritarian social structure, so most people do not even think about questioning authority.

And now they have justification to attack the US as well.
As soon as a single US soldier is harmed, they will use that to call for full involvement, and people will fall for it. They don't know it's been done before, and they're being manipulated like puppets on strings, doomed to repeat history. π

It's a mob organization. It's very likely their spines dissolved b/c of the dark skeletons in their closets that the current administration already know about via Palantir, Facebook, etc. They know they'll be blacklisted, financially ruined, jailed, and/or π, if they step out of line.

Haha. And also with no preparation for winter, either. As soon as a leaf or snowflake falls on the train tracks or snow over Heathrow... London shuts down. It happened so many times when I lived there. π€£π€£π€£

Make things difficult and expensive, so ppl need 2+ jobs to survive & can't afford travel. Control media & news. De-educate to eliminate critical thinking. They aren't allowed to see better lives, or question anything. Prove to them they're powerless b/c the 2-party system maintains the status quo.π€¬

For too many, it will only be crossing the Rubicon if it affects them. They are too comfortable and self-absorbed in their own lives to consider that others' experiences have any relevance. They haven't even thought about whether it could affect them, so are genuinely surprised when it finally does.

I doubt it's that they believe one thing or not. It's much more likely they're under threat of losing whatever privilege / wealth / status they have if they don't toe the line. They have a mob boss in charge.

Make them say what their prejudice is.

I think it would be beneficial if we also add exactly what we're calling out, so it is π― clear what's being said:
"Peace President"? Correction: liar, hypocrite, and a horrible person.
Subtlety is often lost on people. π

Still risky. Burner SIMs aren't always easily obtainable, and who can certify the IMEI number is not on a list that the authorities can obtain?
Everyone should ask themselves why they "need" a handheld addiction machine at the protest, weigh that against the risk, and accept any consequences. FAFO

With AI content generation and deepfake technology improving rapidly, there will be a point soon where we cannot tell whether video shows reality. They're already scrubbing information from the web and archives. Young people won't have access to real history. It's Orwell's 1984 becoming reality...

"Something is wrong with this picture"? We don't need hints at problem. Be direct and state it clearly:
"He is a hypocrite and a bully. This is against the Constitution. The Federal Government is overstepping by effectively occupying a State against the wishes of its Government and citizens"

Turn it off before and on after, then you create two cell tower records timed before and after the protest, with disconnect + reconnect tower location(s) to interpolate you were at the protest. Leave it at home turned on, then it's always connected to only one cell tower and you were always at home.

A lesson for "us all"?
No. That's a lesson for *you*, and anyone who didn't do the *easiest* part of the job: read the bill, to be able to make an informed decision to represent your constituents when voting.
It's called "dereliction of duty".
And showing contempt for everyone's intelligence.

It's not baffling if you understand that "do as I say, not as I do" is the basis of an authoritarian mindset. We need to stop pointing out the act, appealing to a non-existent sense of fairness, and just clearly apply the label "hypocrite" to them, and make it expensive to be one.

Whenever you mention free speech, please always also remind people that free speech cannot be separated from the good and/or bad consequences of saying what you want.
If you say terrible things, expect everyone who hears it to react in kind.

Capitalism? Interesting take. There are ways to improve oneself that have ZERO to do with money: All kinds of education freely available on the internet or a library: Learning about mental health, how to be a good partner, to cook, eat healthier, other cultures, history, languages. You're welcome.

They want to do away with due process, so one could just arrest all billionaires, seize all their wealth, and deport them to El Salvador for corruption. With all that money, do away with poverty, homelessness, properly fund research, free education, socialize all public goods and fix infrastructure.

If it's a game where rules can change at any time, let's make one so that if you actively change the rules so that society is rigged and unfair against the poor, you lose all wealth and possessions you have, and it's all divided and shared with the poor.

If your motivation is stock price, you're going to pay as little as possible for low quality materials, minimal quality control and low-pay talent, all to minimize expense b/c you refuse to lower profits, and invariably a terrible product is the result. They never learn. Let them fail.

He's also left a trail of broken contracts where he didn't pay for work/services, and tied up the cases in litigation until the plaintiffs folded / couldn't afford to pursue further. Those who made a fortune on attorney fees for such cases would love him.

He surrounds oneself with yes men, and he has more money than sense because he simply pays other people to sort out every problem for him. It's no surprise that he's incredibly arrogant thinking that every idea he has is doable. In his mind, it's just a question of how much money he can throw at it.

What would happen if people put "No trespassing" signs on their doors, and shot at trespassers on their property? Is it illegal to warn them, and if they don't comply, "Oscar Pistorius" them, i.e. make THEM fear even approaching the door?

Maybe it's just a propaganda "announcement" / psychological manipulation, to anchor the idea in people's minds so they're more open to switching to another platform, similar to what many people fall for with "everyone is/does/thinks [x]". Without factual stats included, it's just speculation.

The Church cares whether you believe only so they can take your money and enrich the Vatican. With a billion people giving even .01 of whatever local currency during mass *every Sunday*, how much is that? Do they end poverty? Homelessness? They'd lose income w/o poor, desperate, uneducated people.
