No hyperbole. My life changed the first time I heard the opening of "Harborcoat". I was 14, never heard REM before, was in the back of my friend's older brother's car, and he said he had to make a stop so that he could buy the new R.E.M. album. He popped it in, and I had a new favorite band forever.

I went there as a kid around the time this photo was taken. Raised walkways under which dozens and dozens of alligators crawled and swim. Then I watch them throw Live chickens down to them. Quite a scene!
