Counter-point: Elect a weak, easily manipulated leader, get exploited.

Looks like it was filmed with a camera from an antique shop. Perhaps one stored uncomfortably close to the antique bacon grease stores. Makes him a bit easier to look at, at least.

"Who else does the bible say we can subjugate? Honestly I'm wondering if maybe the Muslims got it right, you know? It's too bad it's from the Middle East"

What the hell is wrong with these people? What do they want, to justify all of this?

"America's Worst Person", America's newest reality tv talent show, with a new episode coming soon! "Who's the worst person to run the pentagon?", don't miss it!

Who knew all it would take to cure an illness was the tacit threat of mistreating people with it?

And yet the stock goes up. Off the back of a horrible sales report, massive recalls, an internatiinal bad reputation and some incredible behaviour towards the US people and their institutions. I don't know who bought that stock but I hope they know what they're doing!

Problem is their beliefs can't survive the marketplace of ideas. So they go to war with reality.

This reminds me of the endless articles about productivity hacks. No matter how much time you reclaim, you're chasing a goal you will never reach. There never was enough time to do all that you want to do. Instead of trying to do more, value could be found in doing things with attention and care.

Like these people are even capable of anti-consumption, LOL

I'm expecting some pretty crazy activity but who knows. The castle in the sky sure looks to be under siege from way down here.

I wonder do they really think this is working or are they all secretly shitting themselves? I mean we know for Trump it's both but I mean the reast of them

I hate this use case for AI. For every good it provides, it allows reams of abuses. This is aside from problematic training data issues. A tool like this can be used to automate opinion moulding. From what I've seen though, it should only be fooling those who have already been fooled... so far.

While I believe this act and the people responsible are abhorrent, I'd like to point out that there were visible badges, at least on one of them. We should strive to be as accurate as possible, though I doubt it will matter to those who support this.

To be frank, there's been so many questionable people in Trump's orbit that I gave up keeping track. I remember when Ajit Pai in the FCC was alarming. Kind of seems meaningless now though.

Wow, she's finally found her people!

It took a lot less than 2 months for most of the damage to be done. I'm not sure if that makes this more impressive or what, but we had national awareness and serious concerns in January. Trump shouldn't manage a Wendy's, but some are still inexplicably thrilled that he is able to destroy nations.

They're still waiting on the polling to come back on other items that the far right and business interests can agree on. Any day now, just you wait!

The gerrymandering lines they would try to draw would look like a distorted bicycle wheel with it's hub right around Reddeer

Nah this is most certainly a driver issue. If it keeps up, the OS may even need to be restored.

They're also the third that spends most of their time enraged sitting infront of a television, I'd wager. Unproductives sure can be useful.

The annexation threat is real but I don't see military being involved any time soon. He doesn't have the buy in to do all the economic nonsense he's been putting forward so far, military action on Canada would likely end his presidency IMO.

What a beautiful use of both technology and connections. Hats off to you good sir.

I had a surface and the touchscreen started to go bad, random touches all over the screen. Managed to get the touchscreen disabled in device manager. Every windows update would turn it back on. So frustrating.

I'd argue that it's pretty obvious in our world, too, that we're nothing more than a collection of biological processes. Maybe the pokemon world just needs more religious leaders to make things nice and confusing for everyone.

I don't know how anyone can focus on anything else with one of these around. Amazingly distracting

From the sounds of it these complicit republicans can't even show their faces in public. I hope you all keep up the pressure and correct course!

They're probably working under the assumption that they have at most 2 years to pull this off. They showed their hand way too early, imo.

I'm not a liberal, but I'm happy Carney won and he's got my vote. Hoping he can keep our ship stable in this coming storm.

That sounds rough. For what it's worth, I thought he was getting at how we're no longer helped by people, but have to deal with impersonal systems designed to keep us from talking to people. Surely more engagent with people is better. I hope you find a way to see yourself in a better light.

You get 300 characters to express a coherent argument, idea, thought... some fat has got to be trimmed. He's got a way of saying things, as well. One way of engaging is to ask just what you were wondering, regarding service. Why would you jump to the conclusion to exclude yourself?

I'm just gonna go back to netscape. Can't steal my data if you can't even collect it. Does anyone know if geocities is still around?
