Yeah, I always think of the combat vets when it is going on. I can't imagine how triggering it is for him (and them) when it causes me to freak out.

I was injured by fireworks so it's like, my hell. I am that person wearing noise cancelling headphones with very loud music on while they are going on.

Yep - I figured it was part of you in general, but wanted to offer that piece of advice.
Bodies are so fun!

My dad got my cousin into Blakes 7 (she wrote her PhD. thesis about it), but I never watched that one. Space 1999, oh for sure.

Oh hey - that specifically is a Covid symptom with the current strain (razor blade throat). I know you mask, but you might want to check just in case.
(I know other stuff is going on, but that popped out to me).

We get them where I am too. I wish people realized how traumatizing they can be to people.

Like, I know he's 10 years older now, but the difference in that picture and now, wow.
He doesn't look good there, but he doesn't look like an orange corpse.

It was absolutely more crowded the last time I went in the middle of freaking August.

I can't be the only one singing the theme song in my head now.

I don't know if it is still on Netflix, but the show Mighty Machines was a constant in our lives for a few years. Every episode was just machines doing their jobs. My kid adored it.

I am good with that. I'd rather our brown and black siblings are safe!

I am not even Christian, but I remember tons of Christian bands in the 90s. Hell, friends dragged me to Purple Door one year.

Yeah, I get his newsletter as well. Just can't place when he was released.
They all talk a good talk, but it's clear they aren't doing anything but talking.

Is Norcross back in DC? I think he only got out of the hospital recently. Time has no meaning anymore, so really, that could have been 2 days or 2 months ago.

Just in general, I appreciate that you post transcripts. I don't always follow audio well, and having the transcript helps me. My reading comprehension is still good.

I have a mug of peppermint. I am a simple child. Give my Twinings peppermint hot or cold all day, every day.

I really don't want Covid again. It's not hard to mask imo. But I never understood the fuss from the start.

I have been mostly homebound since the beginning of May due to a back injury. Literally just went out Sunday for the first time to shop after only going to dr appointments.
No masks anywhere I went, including most of the appointments. I kept getting asked if I was sick or being careful.

You know this isn't an article, right? Like, there's no link. It's a post with a picture.
Honestly, life sucks right now. Take a deep breath and think about why you are snapping on something so banal.

for your family's sake (and everyone else's), i hope that can happen. have you found/talked to a pediatrician about it? get it on record with them you want all the vaccinations?
i don't know if that will help if he really bans them before L is due, but it never hurts to get stuff in the med file.

This is an AI image that the person who posted it, admitted they made in AI. Please don't put this out there like it's what actually happened.

Yes! I bleached mine a lot in the late 90s/early 2000s. Totally crispy after a few times.
Recently, my stylist and I bleached it to do a multi-color style, and my hair was soft and shiny after bleaching.

Less room, less crazy movements. I'll admit to shaking my belly many times to wake mine up just in case.
I'm going to say the 5 months they spent sleeping in bed with us after being born was payback for that.

Good luck, Shep.
There is a brand of cold medicine, Coricidin HBP, for those of us with HBP. It's not as good as Nyquil, but it doesn't fuck with my BP when I use it.
YMMV, of course, and if you already know about it, just ignore me.

Oh, same. Good area for docs where we are, so I can do it.
One of the pluses of my coping mechanisms being gone is that I don't care what they think about me anymore. I used to care so much and always presented as the perfect patient, so they would take me seriously.
Fuck 'em. Now you get raw me

I use the NM paste for making jam, and it's good for that. I have a jug of homemade extract for actually using in recipes.
