That’s just silly. Public libraries weren’t introduced to compete with private ones. Grocery stores are ubiquitous wherever they are allowed and not discouraged by policy. NY’s problem is they discourage grocery stores not that they need grocer stores run like the DMV.

This sounds right and is useful perspective.
I’m curious if some some illegals who are arrested for crimes just get routed to deportation without being counted as “jailed.”
