Were frustrating or disappointing. Now I do the same thing whenever I have a cold call to make. You can absolutely do this if you decide to go that direction.

Helped SO MUCH! Writing it down helped organize my brain and I wasn’t worried about forgetting important things. Then I sat down with a cup of coffee and worked my way down the list. If other people can do it, so can I. Big sense of accomplishment when I finished even though some calls (cont.)

Pertinent information about why I was calling. I left room for notes during the call. You could make a second sheet with a basic script for your calls listing the points you need to cover/ask about so you don’t forget anything while stressed. Having this information organized and clear (cont.)

I can’t help with the overall decision but I might be able to help with the cold calls. I HATE making even the simplest calls and lately, dealing with Glen’s parents, I had to do a bunch. So I got a yellow legal pad and made a list of who I was calling including their phone number and any (cont.)
