It's the day to exclaim 'these are so quick, cheap and tasty to make we should have them more often!!' Everyone agrees and we don't have them for another year #TheArchers

That's useful, thanks Tara! The UK eliminated measles in 2017 but drop in vaccine take-up means that's likely to change...

It's the pointless speculation that gets me... The whole point is that you don't know, and can't control, what happens... Surely ??

I 'get up and go again' (our latest house catchphrase 😅), and whatever happens, the fatigue creeps in and I have to reboot. I'm lucky I can manage my life around it but I'd like a full day going full pelt!

It helped me realise why (perhaps) other people had treated me in a certain way in the past. It gave me some peace. I wasn't doing anything 'wrong', they just didn't understand me. There's no rush - sit with it a while.

I sought diagnosis after working it out for myself reading and listening to adult autistic content. (I was trying to find a 'why' for my self-harming meltdowns). Diagnosis at 53 has really helped me, in many ways

I'm with you. Powerful bursts of empathy that compel you to 'do something'. I don't know if it's something about being able to immediately spot the patterns of distress?

I hear your story and see it in mine, so I'll share mine with you, and you hear another story of yours in that, which you share with me...

Absolutely! I don't want to imply that everyone 'should' be able to do anything, or could if they 'tried hard enough'.

My gran, aged 96, frail and not very mobile, still insists on using the stairs, even though there's a lift installed in her home. Terrifying to watch but amazing that she can do it! So Jill-ard could give it a go...#TheArchers
