3/4. If we accept the idea that moving a person from one place to another undoes rights and disempowers the judiciary, we are endorsing the basic Nazism practice that enabled the killing of millions.

UPDATE: A third law firm — Wilmer Hale — has filed suit against Trump this AM, represented by veteran Supreme Court litigator Paul Clement. Clement says the executive orders are flagarantly unconstitutional and violate separation of powers. www.politico.com/news/2025/03...

Worth noting that Munger—the firm preparing an amicus brief in support of Perkins Coie—is the former employer of Usha Vance. Usha Vance worked in litigation at Munger for six years. She left her job at the firm in July 2024.

Acting deputy attorney general Emil Bove assembled DOJ's remaining public corruption prosecutors this morning and gave them an hour to find someone to sign the Eric Adams dismissal. One of them agreed to do it, to spare the others from potentially being fired. www.reuters.com/world/us/fed...
