Suspect it will also be anti-south east too. Especially in transport, where the South East value of spending is inflated by London centric spend seeping out into the South East, like Elizabeth Line to Shenfield & Reading. Many purely SE areas have had no spending for years

Although to be fair the bus stop by my house has regular buses (not evenings we're not London) and the one outside Surrey CC has one bus on Mondays and another on Thursday. They ought to talk to the people who are responsible for the bus service.

Well I can walk to it now, but yes it's a long walk to the rail station as sadly is my house.

Problem missed is that outside Government it is easy to say "do this & it'll solve everything", when you get there, it is much harder because things you didn't think about ruin your plans That is Labour's real problem! It is much harder to Govern than to point fingers & put forward populist views

The question should be is "why do we still see so little of the viewpoint that Brexit was wrong". Why do we not see an equivalent amount of time given to that view as well as Reform's view. Why not more Green and Lib Dem views for example? They have more legitimacy in numbers of votes won & seats!

Great Bass Line on that - love playing it!

The Cure were signed over Beers in the Home Cottage by the Station opposite the Lakers - we know and have been meeting in the HC every Friday since last year - honestly, it's just the good coffee!

New Music nights are still doing excellent work at Reigate FC now Why shouldn't London & Brighton bands be drawn to play Redhill? Where bands are based is one thing, where they play is another Redhill has excellent Public Transport so it's a great place to play Redstart will make it happen

Absolutely. We have a great Music Open mic scene in Redhill & Reigate But where to next? presumably London or Brighton, no access to see developing bands for our community. Yes - go to London to see bands but get back to Redhill station well after midnight but no transport home until morning

Heard good things too -shall move on and play some today I'm keeping my Radiohead grudge for ever though.

Just realised - seems I hold a grudge for a long time.

The Editors - they were so awful live at Brixton around 2010 that I've never put them on since.

It took years before Tory pain hit home. Labour have had 9 months & already some things are a little up. I’d give more time to see whether it really is better but it’s a low base to start from. As for Reform that’s just more austerity & cutting taxes for the rich, just public hasn’t noticed yet!

No, if he's deported it's us or Germany - 50/50 risk of him sitting next to Farage - no thanks

Thank you for your positive words If you could guide us to where your son would find us, it'll help us connect £6 just covers costs & band when we run all volunteers - giving discounts is not available now but we hope to in time to encourage support, remember this is only the 3rd gig

Great thoughts & thank you for coming. Sensational bands. We do need to get word out & are trying to get posters out there too. It's not easy as there aren't many Redstarts currently, but we are working on it. We are looking for more volunteers so we can keep doing these nights

Nice though it is, my memory says even with these improvements the 100 is still not as frequent as before COVID. Good on Metrobus for improving - now if we could have a Saturday service on Easter Monday instead of the sparse Sunday service with 2 hours between buses

Sorry I thought the Department of Transport had stopped all works over the Easter weekend to help us travel? Oh sorry just applies to road users

Well said But he did put a superlooperdooper through it to reduce all that traffic not

I think it is the difference from saying what you'd do in power to the reality of finding out when you are in power that there is very little you can actually change!
