The real issue lies with the prevailing use if lead paint prior to ‘78 which causes all sorts of neurological issues including an inability to perform critical thinking. My parents, your parents, everyone premillenials may have been exposed to lead poisoning which leads to learning disabilities

Right but remember it’s not us, we are considering the point of view of the particle. Since its entire life starts and ends at the same time, does that mean that it can move between those points at will. If so it would fulfill the basic requirements of a 4th dimensional being.
