If you miss Chrono Trigger be sure to try Sea of Stars. It's great.

Same. In fact, I think I paid $85.
I don't love that prices are going up but it's stunning that carts were routinely $60-$70 in the nineties and then games that cost FAR more to produce in terms of team size and art assets cost $40-$60 for decades after.

Hearing Thacker say why they think Direct Sales is important. Not hearing a lot about why he thinks they'll prevail legally.

Yes, agreed. But signing on to dismantle union protections is a step farther and it *apoears* they didn't take it? They're so bad at PR we all believed this for months before they told us they weren't part of the lawsuit. They put this in the weekly bulletin once and it was very easy to miss.

So, I work for TJs. They told us that they did not join this suit , and that they were cited as an example by the companies who ARE filling it. I'm not important enough to be in the loop on their legal decisions, I mostly put cans on shelves, but this is the response a redditor received from them.

They do, but at least there's sometimes video of the porch pirates.
The "suspicious people" seem to be doing crazy things like walking down the street or trying to find places to sleep while being the wrong class or color.

🙄 Yes! Parking and traffic are terrible, but nobody wants to fund public transit or build tall buildings with lots of units so transit can function. Everyone wants to live exactly how they already do, but in the city of 25 years ago.

If you go on NextDoor in SD, it's people complaining about homelessness, then complaining about any new building that doesn't match the old ones, complaining that the mayor builds TOO much, and vowing to protest homeless shelters. Cause and effect is not a concept our residents grasp.
