I have already decided that after our morning shopping trip tomorrow, I’m just an indoor girl for the foreseeable future.

Again, 1 million may be high. Estimating crowd size is not my thing. The Boston metro is something like 5 million people. The population of MA is over 7 million. There are plenty of ways to dispute the est of 1 million people than because the city of Boston population is lower than the estimate.

1 million might be high, but you do understand that people can attend a rally outside the municipality where they live, right? The village in my town had a rally with good turnout, but minimum 75% of those attendees don’t live in the village.

I have felt like 💩 for 2 days, just barely dragging through the day at work, but this…this has definitely perked me up.

My late husband, dad, grandparents, and great grandparents are buried in the same cemetery. There has been no doubt that’s where my final resting place will be

I hope that, even in the midst of all your chaos and turmoil, you are able to take a little time for yourself each day. Caretaking is difficult, exhausting and stressful.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you can find comfort in the fact that you made his last hours so pleasant and surrounded by love and family.

We just did both on our trip last week, and honestly, I prefer the interstate. Yeah, you see more on a state or county road, but oh dear god, so many slow cars. Also, all interstates should be 3 lanes, no trucks in left lane.

Is that the precursor to “gunshots or fireworks”?

You’re doing the right thing. I told my mother “I need to ensure you are safe, and I can’t do that here”, and she made the move to an independent living facility absolute hell on everyone (called cops on my sister for “stealing” for helping her pack), but it was for the best. *Hugs* to you.

I was in the gift shop at Zion within the past hour. Many reusable bottle options, many designs. Prices reasonable for the location. Free refilling stations plentiful around park.

I’ve been saying for years now yo just read what he says. The incomplete sentences. The random leaps in topics. He sounds (and reads) worse than a toddler trying to tell you about their day.

Republicans will not end the EC because they need to be able to focus on a handful of swing states and not have to make an effort (money, time, resources, staff, offices etc) in other states.
Not saying Dems would end it-both parties know how to work it.

It is astounding to me that this happened at the very same time another Senator said she was afraid to speak up.

Raglan. Not much I cared to eat (but I am picky), much too loud and too much commotion. It’s obviously popular, but definitely not for me. (Husband would probably go back if given the choice)

Not really a question but-how does *Arlington* erase mentions of the Civil War? Did the cemetery just magically appear one random day in the 1860s for apparently no reason?

I feel like I was told once that when a developer builds a complex, they get to name the streets (with reason), so my guess is either a fan or maybe related to a big fan. I’m sure someone somewhere could provide more info though.
