Old rocker. PDX-centric.
Former touring musician, studio rat, audio post guy, media monkey and wedding officiant. Now retired. What a long strange trip it's been.

The Burbank airport opened two days later, so I flew down and stayed at the studio complex in Glendale for six weeks. Intense!

It was my brother asking if I was flying to L.A. that day. When I said yes, he told me to turn on the TV. When I asked him what channel, he said: "It doesn't matter."

Thanks for the heads-up. I hate it when I miss a Closer Look!

Better, but it still doesn't show up in a search for "Charles Pierce". Possibly because there's a "P" where a space is expected. π€

In the car department, topping the list would be my 1972 Datsun 240z. Shown here on a drive through Big Sur. Highly modified, and I sold it for far less than it was worth. Sure wish I still had it. Did you have a car you regret selling?

Oh, man. Devastating. Makes me wonder how many rooms and events were cancelled. And if a fraction of those will be picked up by people going to see the ππ€‘ get sworn in.

Aww.. reminds me of my dear departed Buddy. He used to wake me up by licking my eyebrows. Weirdo. π

Color me impressed, actually. He has TONS of followers over there! We chatted a couple of times back in the multi panel color strip days, but not lately. The book is on my xmas list!

I had the same problem. I was putting a space between his first and last names, silly me. π

Cynthia Rothrock! I worked on Angel Of Fury (aka Triple Cross) back in my audio post days. We had a good time foleying the fight scenes. π
