genuinely I think a "don't be a jerk" rule is 1000% a good idea. bigotry is inherently uncivil, spam is disruptive (so a jerk move), and you can get rid of people who are just kinda mean. like I'd still recommend explicitly banning other bad behaviour (like bigotry and spam) but yeah
